Dr. Bhattacharya's educational journey includes graduation from Northwestern University's The Feinberg School of Medicine and SWBUHS Kolkata, showcasing a strong academic background.
In their current role as an Independent Managing Partner and Chair of the Life Sciences Advisory Board at VBell, Dr. Ayosh Bhattacharya is responsible for overseeing the entire life sciences division. Their leadership involves guiding the division from inception to execution, ensuring that it stays at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the field. Nigel Sebastian, as the Managing Partner of the Renewable Energy division at VBell, plays a pivotal role not only in overseeing global product development for electrical and hydrogen applications but also in advancing the business aspects of renewable energy. With over 18 years of experience in managing international technical teams, his expertise is crucial in electrical and mechanical product design and installation, particularly in Solar, Wind, and Hydrogen energy sectors.
In addition to his technical responsibilities, Nigel is instrumental in strengthening the supply chain for Electric Vehicles (EV), a critical component in the transition to sustainable energy. His work involves developing strategies and solutions to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the EV supply chain, aligning with the broader objectives of renewable energy adoption.
Nigel's comprehensive approach is supported by his background in Electronic Engineering and continuous education in project management and process development. His leadership in both the technical and business realms of renewable energy has been key to VBell's success in this innovative and rapidly evolving field.
Subbu Veeraghanta
Chief Information Officer
Subbu serves as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Operations, bringing over two decades of expertise in Information Technology and Security, regulatory compliance, IT architecture, and systems integration. In his role, he is charged with overseeing the Information Security strategy, spearheading customer engagements, and implementing innovative solutions in areas like AI, Cloud computing, and Information security services.
Before his tenure at VBell, Subbu gained valuable experience in both support and management roles at various esteemed organizations, including Trafalgar House, Rolls-Royce Thermal Power, Exemplary Software, eBay, Symphony Technology Group, and Coverity.
His educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Andhra University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from IGNOU, a specialization in AI Strategy from MIT Sloan, and a qualification in Business Management from the Yale School of Management.
Hana Anh
Director Finance
Ms. Hana brings 16+ years of financial expertise, demonstrated by her role in overseeing financial management and planning, actuarial, tax, accounting, corporate services, sourcing and financial reporting functions.
At VBell, Hana is responsible for the company’s investor relations, financial management, budgeting and forecast, sourcing and financial reporting, and administrative functions.
Prior to joining VBell, Hana worked at 3Com, Shell, MCI WorldCom, and SCHA.
Ms Hana is a finance graduate from the University of South Carolina and is a mentor at DeAnza Collage in Cupertino, California
Jennifer G. Johnsen

Jennifer leads the global HR and legal functions across the company and its portfolio. She is also responsible for directing and executing the compliance and ethics program across the organization.
JJ is a seasoned professional with over 33 years of experience. She has been with VBell since its inception and has held several roles providing guidance to align strategy, compliance, and resources continuously.
Jennifer attained her bachelor's in Business Administration attained from Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, and also holds doctorate in music.
JJ spends most of her free time volunteering for public libraries and conducts food drives.
